Dear Electric Family formed in early 2010 when a casual meeting progressed into something more. Initially playing live in front of friends, the band began to play shows publicly and caught the attention of many new fans. After releasing several self-recorded demos and EPs, and with the strong encouragement of AMK Rcording's Adrian Kozibar, DEF recorded and released 2013's 'Listen.'
